To operate a Short-term rental in Malibu hosts will need to be approved for a
Host Compliance Application. There are 5 steps that must be completed so that the property can be legally permitted to be rented on all booking sites.

The fee for a host compliance application is $439 dollars, per dwelling unit. The hosts or hosting agent must submit renewal prior to 30 days before the original registration date.
